J & L Management of North Florida is a full service Management Company offering the following services:
•Attend Board of Directors meetings. Annual Meetings and Special Meetings.
•Guide and assist the Association in the development of policies and procedures.
•Enforce community rules and regulations within the By-Laws of the Association.
•Facilitate communications between the members/owners and the Board.
Physical Property Services
•Perform regular inspections of the Association's common areas and facilities to monitor condition and maintenance needs.
•Assist in securing competitive bids as needed for services (pool, landscaping, trash removal, etc).
•Follow up on complaints of violations, maintenance issues received from Association Board.
•Issue violation notices and take other appropriate actions necessary to resolve a violation in accordance with Association documents and Board instructions.
Architectural Review Services
•Process Architectural Review Board applications.
•Communicate with property owners.
